Teer is the owner of Propaganda Tattoo and has been tattooing professionally in San Diego since 1999. Born and raised in Pacific Beach, he has deep roots in the local tattoo community and works from Propaganda Tattoo’s Point Loma studio. His specialties include Black & Grey, stylized realism, custom lettering, Traditional, Tribal and custom tattoo work. Teer enjoys working with clients to develop ideas from rough concepts into finished tattoos, from smaller pieces to larger custom projects. His goal is to create strong, well-executed work in a professional, relaxed environment.
